This tea powder has been made out of five strong spices, each with their unique aroma, texture, taste and health benefits.


1. Cumin seeds
Cumin, also known as Jeera is one of the most widely used spices in India. Antiseptic properties of cumin can help fight flu, by boosting the immune system. Cumin seeds contain a good amount of iron which is an essential element for the transport of oxygen in the body. Cumin also helps control stomach pain, indigestion, diarrhoea, nausea.

2. Carom seeds
Also known as Ajwain, this is a very common spice all over India. It is used to treat indigestion and diarrhoea.


3. Curry Leaf
Curry leaf is a good remedy for nausea and indigestion. 


4. Fennel Seeds
This spice, popularly known as Saunf (nasal 
'n') is the most famous spice in India. It is widely used in India after eating a meal for smooth and easy digestion. Fennel seeds contain numerous anti-oxidants which are powerful by removing harmful radicals from the body thus protecting from cancers, infection, aging and degenerative neurological diseases. Fennel has long been used as a remedy for indigestion in traditional medicines. Fennel water is used in newborn babies to relieve colic pain and help aid digestion.


5. Fenugreek Seeds

Strongly aromatic and flavorful fenugreek seeds are being used to cure digestive problems. Its seeds have been used in many traditional medicines as a laxative, digestive, and as a remedy for cough and bronchitis. If used regularly, fenugreeks may help control cholesterol, triglyceride as well as high blood sugar (glycemic) levels in diabetics.


Palm Candy
This is a typical South Indian sweetener known as Panagal Kandu. It is a good remedy for cold and coughs. Palm sugar solution has proven to be a good cure for both early and chronic stages of Typhoid. It is good for treating conditions of Asthma, Anemia, Leprosy and accelerating the general growth of young children. It is used to control Blood Pressure, decrease pancreas heat, strengthen heart and build up strong teeth.
