This tea powder has been made out of four strong spices, each with their unique aroma, texture, taste and health benefits.

1. Coriander Seeds
Coriander seeds, also known as dhania in India are widely used in the Indian household. It is an anti-oxidant. The seeds are an excellent source of minerals like iron, copper, calcium, potassium, manganese, zinc and magnesium which all play a very important role in the proper functioning of the human body.

2. Black pepper
Black pepper is known to have a great amount of antioxidant properties. It also has benefits against bacterial growth, particularly in the intestinal tract.

3. Clove

4. Dried Ginger
Dried Ginger originated from Southeast Asia. It’s powder is an effective cure for indigestion, sore throat, cold and cough and other respiratory problems. It is also used to treat nausea. Ginger's therapeutic properties help stimulate blood circulation, cleanse the bowels and kidneys, remove toxins from the body and nourish the skin.

5. White Pepper
White pepper isn’t a very famous spice but it definitely has a lot of health benefits which cannot be ignored. It is mainly used to treat cough and also improves digestion.

This is a typical South Indian sweetener known as Panagal Kandu. It is a good remedy for cold and coughs. Palm sugar solution has proven to be a good cure for both early and chronic stages of Typhoid.
